2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
Article 1: Purpose
These T&Cs govern the passenger transport services with a chauffeur (VTC) provided by JUST IN TIMZ.
Article 2: Booking
Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, or by phone. Any booking is considered firm only after confirmation by JUST IN TIMZ (usually within 30 minutes).
Article 3: Rates and Payment
- Rates are fixed in advance or calculated according to a flat rate (Airport transfers, as directed/hourly).
- Payment can be made on board by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), in cash, or by bank transfer for advance bookings.
Article 4: Cancellation
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Late cancellation: In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the ride, fees may apply (up to 100% of the service).
Article 5: Delays and Flights
JUST IN TIMZ tracks flights in real-time. No surcharge is applied in the event of a flight delay. However, in the event of an unreported customer delay exceeding 30 minutes, the driver reserves the right to leave, and the ride will be charged.
Article 6: Liability
JUST IN TIMZ is committed to doing its utmost to ensure punctuality. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure (accidents, extreme weather conditions, strikes).
3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Data Collection
We collect the following data via our form: Name, phone number, email, journey details.
Purpose
This data is strictly used for managing your bookings and communicating regarding your journeys.
Retention and Rights
Your data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the service. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by contacting us at infosjust2@gmail.com.
